HomeMy Public PortalAbout1986-009Member Heideman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 86-9 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR PHILLIPS'WOODLAND TERRACE WHEREAS, Paul R. Phillips and Mary B. Phillips (the Applicants) have applied to the City of Medina for approval to subdivide a 30 acre parcel into five lots; and WHEREAS, on November 19, 1985, the City Council granted preliminary plat approval to the Applicants for this subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has now requested final approval for this subdivision, a copy of the plat being attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina that final approval is hereby granted for Phillips Woodland Terrace, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicants shall pay a park dedication fee in the amount of $10,920.00. 2. The locations of the drainage easements and the easement for the private road shall be shown on the plat. 3. Approval must be obtained from Hennepin County for an access point to County Road 6. 4. The Applicants shall execute a private road agreement in a form acceptable to the city attorney. 5. All conditions imposed by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District shall be met. 6. The Applicants shall provide the city attorney with a current abstract of title or registered property abstracts. // 7. The Applicant shall pay to the City the sum of $ j i e idic to cover the planning, engineering, legal and administrative expenses incurred by the City in reviewing this subdivision, and that the Applicants pay any additional costs incurred hereafter by the City for those purposes. 8. A development contract shall be entered into and a bond or other guarantee approved by the City shall be submitted. 9. This approval shall be null and void unless the Applicant shall file a copy of the final plat with Hennepin county within 60 days of the date of the Mayor's signature on the plat or receive an extension of such time from the City Council prior to the expiration of the 60 days.
