RESOLUTION ADOPTING�IREASSESSMENT
FOR � �6-1P.0p /1pie,/,,p bea c,h PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by
law, the City Council has met and heard and passed upon all
objections to the proposed reassessment of Lot S-t/,1.0-1Btock 9 ,
Independence Beach for the :1—i„deipe_»demee a/A project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. It is found and determined that Lot Y1-1/44-lock 9 , Indepen-
dence Beach is unbuildable due to soil conditions and
derives no benefit from the project above the aggregate
amount of assessment installments paid to date by the owners
of said parcel.
2. The amount of the assessment levied in 1976 against said
parcel which remains unpaid to date is found to be excessive
within the meaning of Minn. Stat. Section 429.071, subd. 2.
3. The proposed reassessment, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted.
4. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to transmit a
certified duplicate of this reassessment to the Hennepin
county auditor.
