TOWER LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS EXTENSION TO THE LEASE AGREEMENT (the "Extension") is dated as
of April 26, 2007 and is entered into between Plum TV, LLC, ("Plum TV") and the City of McCall,
Valley County, Idaho, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Idaho (the
"City").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, an Assignment and Assumption of the Tower Lease Agreement from E-DA-
HOE, INC., to Plum TV was approved by the McCall City Council on April 26, 2007, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Stennett of E-DA-HOE requested that the assignment and assumption
of the lease be extended through December 31, 2007,
WHEREAS, the McCall City Council approved the Extension on April 26, 2007,
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement as provided herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. The terms of the Tower Lease Agreement are hereby extended through December 31,
2007.
2. The remainder of the terms in the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, to the
extent that they do not conflict with the terms of this Amendment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Plum TV have caused this Extension to the Tower
Lease Agreement to be executed in their names by their duly authorized representatives as of the
date first above written.
