CITY OF MEDINA/
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON THE ENLARGEMENT OF
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
WHEREAS, the City of Medina established Development District
by resolution No. d .6 - 4/ adopted on the 027 day of
1985; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to consider enlargement of the
boundaries of Development District No. 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. A public hearing shall be held before the City Council on
the 4th day of March, 1986 at S''o o p.m. to consider the
enlargement of Development District No. 1.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
notice of said public hearing to be published in the offi-
cial newspaper of the City.
3. Ehlers & Associates, Inc. is hereby authorized and directed
to prepare a Development District Program for the proposed
enlargement and to submit a copy of same to the City Clerk.
4. The City Clerk, City Attorney and Ehlers & Associates, Inc.
is hereby authorized and directed to take such other actions
as may be necessary for said public hearing.
