CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 16- /%
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET
IMPROVEMENTS IN MEDINA MANOR FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council received the City Engineer's
preliminary report dated July 1, 1985 and by resolution fixed a
date for a public hearing on the proposed improvement of the
streets within Medina Manor First Addition; and
WHEREAS, 10 days' published notice of the hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the
hearing was held thereon on the day of , 1985
at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an oppor-
tunity to be heard thereon; and
WHEREAS, such improvement was ordered by the City Council on
such date; and
WHEREAS, the City thereafter received bids for such improve-
ment which were judged to be too high; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to initiate the
process to obtain new bids for the improvement project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that:
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby des-
ignated as engineer for the project and shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
