RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WHEREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public from a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WHERAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
I. The public shall be excluded from attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature ofthe subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
Personnel Matters
3. It is anticipated at this time that the above stated snbject matter will be made
public.
Upon Conclusion of the Matters
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
