CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. e U'07--6-
RESOLUTION APPROVING A
SUBDIVISION FOR WILFRED SCHERER
WHEREAS, Wilfred Scherer (Applicant) has requested approval
of a division of his 20+ acre property, which property is legally
described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant proposes to divide the property into
parcel A, containing ±15 acres, and parcel B, containing ±5
acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that the subdivision for Wilfred
Scherer is approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. The subdivision shall conform in all respects to the zoning
ordinance and subdivision regulations of the City;
2. The subdivision shall conform in all respects to the plans
submitted to and approved by the City Council;
3. The Applicant shall convey to the City an easement for
roadway and utility purposes along Willow Drive in accor-
dance with a legal description prepared by the City Engi-
neer;
4. The Applicant shall combine the lot on which the existing
house is located with the proposed parcel A, in accordance
with the requirements of the City; and
5. The Applicant shall pay to the City a park dedication fee of
$1,175.
