A RESOLUTION APPROVING
LAWS 1986, CHAPTER 345
WHEREAS, Laws 1986, Chapter 345, entitled "An Act Relating
to the City of Medina, Authorizing a Payment by the City for
Utility Construction", requires approval by a majority of the
city council of Medina before it becomes effective.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that Laws 1986, Chapter 345 is hereby approved.
