AlIIENDIi'IG RESOLUTION #07-305 APPOlt'lTIi'IG DONALD DEKOLF COORDIi'IATOR
OF Ul\:lPIRES
WHEREAS, on December 6, 2007 the Mayor and Council adopted Resolution #07-305 appointing
Donald DeKolf to the position of Coordinator of Umpires for the 2007 Men's and Women's
Softball League; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest oftbe Borough of Carteret to amend said resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT A1~D IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret that Resolution #07-305 is hereby amended to reflect a total fee not to
exceed $2500.00.
Adopted this 24th day ofJanuary, Z008
and certified as a true copy of the original
