Committee members in attendance: Max Parnia, David Nelson, Pat Lynch, Jean Bertschmann, Meghan

Guests: MaddiOleson, Sarah McCool, Colleen Barnes, Patty Bianchi, Chief Rick Flannery, Tyler McKulis,
Dale Danahy, Dan McIntyre
Meeting called to order at 7:10 pm
1. Discussion of Pasta Supper – Alicia Shambo reports that Carbones will donate all sauce, Bills
Pizza will donate pasta. Colella’swill donate meatballs, paper plates, bowls & plastic forks &
knives and ice.
• Sarah McCool suggested we ask the St. John’s Youth Group to help out on the night of
the fundraiser. Anne will follow up. We can also check with the Leo Club.
• Anne will distribute tickets, and we will sell them outside of Colella’s ‘
• Alicia will check with Waterfresh Farms about donating produce for salads
• Pat Lynch will get a banner to hang on the Tennis Courts.
2. The Civic Activities Committee has applied for their 501c3 designation and they will be joining
us at our April meeting to discuss our relationship going forward.
3. Jean Bertschmann and Colleen Barnes from the Hopkinton Quilters’ Guild discussed the Guild’s
plan to create a 300th quilt. There was an enthusiastic response from the Committee.
4. Dan McIntyre of the Horribles Parade joined the meeting. The Town Manager has asked for the
Parade to be a part of our Committee. There was lack of clarity as to what that means so we will
need to discuss this again.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15.
