CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 0 6 -,��
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
AND ACCEPTING BIDS FOR STREET
IMPROVEMENTS IN MEDINA MANOR FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has called for a public hearing
and authorized advertisement for bids for street improvements in
Medina Manor First Addition; and
WHEREAS, 10 days' published notice of the hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the
hearing was held on the day of at which all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
improvements, bids were received, opened and tabulated in accor-
dance with the law, the bids complying with the advertisement
being those shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; and

, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder on
the improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The street improvements as proposed for Medina Manor First
Addition are hereby approved.
2. It is the judgment of the City Council that the improvements
have no relationship to the City's comprehensive plan.
3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereb authoriz d and directed
to enter into a contract with fj,,�140)(� �,�u m�nou5
in the name of the City of Medina for the street improve-
ments in Medina Manor First Addition, according to the plans
and specifications therefor approved by the City Council.
4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
except that the bid deposits of the lowest and next lowest
bid ers shal be retained until a contract with

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN
MEDINA MANOR FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
improvements, bids were received, opened and tabulated in accor-
dance with the law, the bids complying with the advertisement
being those shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, it appears that Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. of
Buffalo, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder on the
improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorizedand directed
to enter into a contract with Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. in
the name of the City of Medina for the street improvements
in Medina Manor First Addition, according to the plans and
specifications therefor approved by the City Council.
4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
except that the bid deposits of the lowest and next lowest
bidders shall be retained until a contract with Buffalo
