City of Moab, Utah
Resolution No. 7-80
WHEREAS, the City of Moab is eligible to receive $1,926.00
from the appropriation of the Utah Department of Community Development
from the State's $5000,000.00, appropriation for Low -Income Housing
Act of 1978; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of these funds is to provide housing
assistance to Utah's low-income households, and
WHEREAS, the program is a continuation of previously funded
low-income housing appropriations, and is allocated on a formula basis
to eligible cities, towns, counties and housing authorities, and
WHEREAS, previous Moab City eligible appropriations were
re -distributed to Grand County,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Moab
City resolves that said eligible funds should be paid to Grand County.
