RESOLUTION
WHEREAS Minnesota Statute 412.271, sub. 4, allows for the establish-
ment of an Imprest Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina finds a need for such a fund to pay claims
made between Council meetings, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of Medina authorizes
establishment of an Imprest Fund with the following conditions:

to the Imprest Fund.

drawn on said fund.
4. All claims made on said fund shall be presented for approvel
at a regularly scheduled City Council meeting.
5. Custodian shall be responsible for payment of any claim not -
approved by City Council.
6. City Council shall authorize transfer of funds from Genera]
Fund to Imprest Fund so as to maintain a balance of $ ,9:?000.00 .
