RESOLUTION NO. U-)14d
RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF KILKENNY LANE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Kilkenny Lane to a 9 ton
capacity and to construct a storm sewer improvement for the
adjacent property and to assess the benefited property for all or
a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minn.
Stat. Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota:
That the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik & Associates, Inc. for study and that they be instructed
to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising
the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvements are feasible and as to whether they should best be
made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
