Y.) introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDIN9A/ RESOLUTION NO. 0 (c e 4,1 Resolution Accepting Oakview Road for Maintenance by the City Whereas, by Resolution No. 82-17, adopted on July 20, 1982, Moorcroft subdivision was approved by the Medina city council, which subdivision consisted of the properties identified in Exhibit A attached hereto; and Whereas, said Resolution included a requirement that Oakview Road in Moorcroft subdivision be constructed to city standards and that the developer post a letter of credit to ensure proper completion of Oakview Road; and Whereas, on July 17, 1984, the city council released the devel- oper's letter of credit and accepted Oakview Road as a city street for purposes of maintenance, subject to the city engi- neer's approval of the completion of several aspects of the project and obtaining an easement; and Whereas, said easement has been obtained and the required addi- tional work has been performed to the satisfaction of the city engineer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota as follows: 1. Oakview Road in Moorcroft subdivision is accepted by the city of Medina as a city street for purposes of maintenance. 2. The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of this resolution to be filed among the land records of Hennepin county pertaining to the properties identified in Exhibit A attached hereto.
