HomeMy Public PortalAbout1986-043Member I1I// introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. re 4.3 Resolution Granting Preliminary Approval to Thomas Ogland for Hollybush Hills Subdivision Whereas, Thomas Ogland (Applicant) has applied for preliminary approval for a subdivision to be known as Hollybush Hills, which is legally described as: The North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 118, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and Whereas, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the preliminary plat submitted by the Applicant, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the city council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is granted to the Applicant for Hollybush Hills plat, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicant shall enter into a private road agreement in a form acceptable to the city attorney and the road shall be constructed to city specifications; 2. The Applicant shall pay to the city park fees in an amount to be determined by the city staff for proposed Lot 2, Block 1; Lots 4 and 5, Block 2; and Lot 1, Block 3; 3. The final plat shall show the easement to Mohawk Drive; 4. The final plat shall provide for drainage and shall show the location of the berms to the satisfaction of the zoning administrator and city engineer; 5. The final plat shall be subject to all conditions imposed by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District in its approval of the subdivision; 6. The final plat shall show dedication of all road right-of-way required by the zoing administrator and city engineer; 7. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of review of the plat; 8. The Applicant shall submit a current abstract of title or registered property abstract covering all the land within the plat for review by the city attorney; 9. The Applicant shall submit a final plat to the city within 180 days of the date of this resolution, which final plat shall in all material respects conform to the preliminary plat, except that it shall incorporate any changes or modifications specified in this resolution.
