General Conditions

Policy Forms are available for your review.
ICRMP is an admitted and approved reciprocal insurer in the State of Idaho
and its forms are approved by the Idaho Department of Insurance.
This proposal provides only a general description of the ICRMP public entity
program. The coverage provided will be governed by the terms and
conditions of the actual policies of insurance and Subscriber's Agreement
issued for; McCall Urban Renewal, all claims, questions or disputes will be
settled by reference to the actual policies and Subscriber's Agreement.
The ICRMP Policies issued are Occurrence Form for all coverages except Errors
and Omissions, which is Claims Made and is subject to a retroactive date.
Annual Aggregate Deductible is 10 x the occurrence deductible for all coverages.
