RESOLUTION NO. 86- 1,/
Resolution Granting Final Approval to
Leonard L. Schlosser, Jr, and Bernice Ann Schlosser for
Maple Trail Addition
Whereas, Leonard L. Schlosser, Jr. and Bernice Ann Schlosser
(Applicants) received preliminary approval for Maple Trail
Addition by resolution adopted December 17, 1985 by the Medina
city council which resolution specified certain conditions
precedent to final plat approval; and
Whereas, the Applicants have now complied with all conditions
precedent to granting final plat approval; and
Whereas, such subdivision includes property which will be legally
described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 and Outlots A and B, Maple
Trail Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the City of Medina, Minnesota
that final approval is granted to Maple Trail Addition,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicants shall pay to the city a park dedication fee
of $3,780;
2. The Applicants shall pay to the city a fee of $ for
administrative expenses incurred by the city in review of
the plat;
3. The Applicants shall execute a private road agreement in a
form acceptable to the city attorney;
4. The city engineer shall verify that the width of the road is
a minimum of 30 feet;
5. The Applicants shall remove or cause to be removed the house
on Lot 1, Block 1 no later than August 31, 1986; and
6. The Applicants shall file a copy of the final plat with
Hennepin county no more than 60 days after the date of the
mayor's signature of the plat. Failure to file the plat
within said time period or to receive an extension from the
city council shall render approval of the plat null and
void.
