RESOLUTION #8-80
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of Moab by resolution
adopted a budget at their speical meeting held June 26, 1980, for the
fiscal year commencing on July 1, 1980 and ending June 30, 1981; and
WHEREAS, based upon the best information available to the
City Council at this time, it appears that sufficient tax revenue from
property can be generated by a levy of 21.50 mills for the General
Fund.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the mill levy remain the
same as the fiscal year ending June 30, 1980; to be 21.50 mills for the
General Fund.
