U A‘, - 1 7 RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO TERWISSCHA CONSTRUCTION, INC. WHEREAS, Terwisscha Construction, Inc. (Applicant) has applied for permission to use the building at 95 Hamel Road, which is legally described as Lots 12 and 13, Block 6, Plat of Hamel, Hennepin county, Minnesota, for an office and as living quarters for company employees; and WHEREAS, the Medina city code permits the use of such property only upon the issuance of a conditional use permit; and WHEREAS, the Applicant appeared before the planning commis- sion on May 13, 19865, and the city council on June 17, 1986, in regard to this matter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that the Applicant's use of the subject property for the proposed uses is consistent with the ordinances of the city and will not impede the development of adjacent property and that a conditional use permit for same is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions: 1. There shall be no outside storage of materials or construc- tion equipment on the property; 2. There shall be no additional accessory structures built or located on the property. 3. Any signs to be placed on the property shall meet ordinance requirements and shall be reviewed by the zoning administra- tor; 4. Exterior lighting plans for the site shall be reviewed and approved by the zoning administrator; 5. Landscaping plans for the site shall be reviewed and ap- proved by the zoning administrator; 6. The bedrooms in the structure may be used for sleeping purposes by employees of the Applicant, subject to the following: a) Occupancy shall be limited to no more than five persons per night; b) The structure shall be used solely as a temporary residence by employees; and c) No rooms shall be rented to persons not employed by the Applicant; 7. The Applicant shall cause the structure to be connected to city water within 90 days of the date of this resolution; 8. The Applicant shall convey to the city the right-of-way described by the city engineer or zoning administrator; 9. The hours of operation of the facility shall be approved by the zoning administrator; and 10. The Applicant shall ensure there exists adequate on -site parking to accommodate employees, clients or others visiting the site. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that a violation of any of the above conditions shall be deemed to be a violation of the Medina City Code.
