DELETING VARIOUS BUS STOPS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borongh of Carteret, County of
Middlesex, State of New Jersey. Th,at pursuant to NJ.S.A. 39:4-8(e) the following
described location has been eliminated as a bus stop: .
County Roadway
Deleted Bus Stop:
1. Along \Vashington Avenue, w~tbound all the "llortherly side thereof at:
a. Roosevelt A venue- ( far side)
Beginning at the westerly curb line of Roosevelt Avenue and extending 100'
westerly therefrom.
That the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret will enforce the needed traffic
regulations governing the aforementioned bus stop location and provide the necessary
police security to ensure the safety of the traveling public,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall take effect upon approval of
the Commissioner of Transportation as provided by law.
