RESOLUTION NO. O (P - Sl
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
REGARDING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
THE HAMEL AREA DRAINAGE DISTRICT,
CONSTRUCTION OF KILKENNY LANE AND
THE WIDENING OF HAMEL ROAD
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on 1st day of July, 1986,
fixed a date for public hearing on the proposed storm sewer improvements in the
Hamel Area Drainage District, construction of Kilkenny Lane and widening of
Hamel Road; and
WHEREAS, 10 days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publi-
cations of the required notice was given and the hearing was held on the 5th day
of August, 1986, at which all persons desiring to be heard on the matter were
given an opportunity to be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota as follows:
1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the City Council
resolution adopted on the 1st day of July, 1986.
2. It is the judgment of the City Council that the proposed improvements have
no relationship to the City's comprehensive plan.
3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
engineer for the project and is directed to prepare plans and specifica-
tions for the making of such improvement.
