Luth & Sons, Inc. for combined sewer construction. 19 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15734 - Kingsland Sanitary Storage Facility (Engelholm) (12841) Declaring the necessity for the acquisition of easements and temporary easements in certain real property within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for the purpose of construction of sewers and related appurtenances in the project known as Kingsland Sanitary Storage Facility (Engelholm) (12841) in the City of Pagedale, Missouri to serve the needs of residents of the area, and authorizing staff to proceed with further condemnation efforts related to the project, including but not limited to the purchase and/or the filing of all necessary court pl eadings or documents to commence and prosecute formal legal proceedings for the acquisition of said easements and temporary construction easements. 20 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15736 - Bissell & Lemay WWTF Fluidized Bed Incinerators (12565) Making a supplemental appropriation of Two Million Fifty Thousand Dollars ($2,050,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design in Bissell & Lemay WWTF Fluidized Bed Incinerators (12565) in the City of St. Louis and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary - Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 21783 with Black & Veatch Corporation for design 21 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15737 - Caulks Creek Pump Station B (P-751) Relocation (12114) Making a supplemental appropriation of One Million Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($1,035,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of pump station and appurtenances in Caulks Creek Pump Station B (P- 751) Relocation (12114) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 21997 with KAI 360 Construction Services, LLC for design. 23 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15739 - General Services Agreement – Facility & Sewer Design (2018) Contract B (12894) Making a supplemental appropriation of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for general engineering services in General Services Agreement – Facility & Sewer Design (2018) Contract B (12894) at various locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary - Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 21615 with CDG Engineers, Inc. for general engineering services. 24 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15740 - Critical Infrastructure Assessment and Asset Investigation (2020) (12907) Making a supplemental appropriation of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,700,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for asset investigations and assessment of sewer systems in Critical Infrastructure Assessment and Asset Investigation (2020) (12907) throughout The Metropolitan Sewer District Service Area; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary -Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. 21832 with TREKK Design Group, LLC for the aforesaid asset investigations and assessment of sewer systems . 4 Rev/Edited 9/8/21 25 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15741 - Flow Metering and Monitoring (2022) (12801) Appropriating Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) from the General Fund for flow meter and monitoring in Flow Metering and Monitoring (2022) (12801) in various locations throughout the District and authorizing the Executive Director and the Secretary -Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22069 with ADS Environmental Services for the aforesaid flow meter and monitoring. 26 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15742 - Stream Flow Gauge Operation and Maintenance (USGS) (10766) Making a supplemental appropriation of Four Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($489,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for stream flow monitoring in Stream Flow Gauge Operation and Maintenance (USGS) (10766) Districtwide; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 10422 with U. S. Geological Survey for stream flow monitoring. 27 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15743 - Stream Flow Water Quality Sampling (2020) (12004) Making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Nine Dollars ($267,169.00) from the General Fund to be used for water quality sampling in Stream Flow Water Quality Sampling (2020) (12004) Districtwide; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary -Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 21859 with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for water quality sampling. 28 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15744 - Conflict of Interest Policy Repealing Ordinance No. 15282 as adopted September 12, 2019, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof, establishing a Conflict of Interest Policy for District trustees, officers, and employees. 29 Adoption of Proposed Ordinance No. 15745 - Classification Plan Repealing Ordinance No. 15657, as adopted on May 13, 2021 , and enacting a new Ordinance prescribing changes to the Classification Plan to update classifications to reflect the removal of obsolete positions and to retitle existing positions.
