To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND AND 00 / 100 ($ 18,000 . 00) DOLLARS in order to provide for the Town's share of costs associated with the replacement of the bulletproof vests for the Police Department, to authorize participation in a grant program for said replacement offered through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and to authorize the Town Administrator to solicit bids and/or proposals, enter into a contract or contracts, accept grant proceeds and expend said funds for this purpose, or to take any other action relative thereto .
