RESOLUTION NO. g-ce %
Resolution releasing Development Contract
conditions between the City of Medina and Real Estate Group
WHEREAS, A Development Contract dated June 21, 1977 and filed with Hennepin County
on October 5, 1977 as Document No. 432253 required the Real Estate Group, Inc. to
develop Hunter Farms according to terms of said Development Contract, and
WHEREAS, on November 20, 1979 the City of Medina accepted the streets in the Hunter
Farms development, as city streets and thereby granted final approval to Hunter Farms,
now,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Medina that all conditions
included in said Development Contract have hereby been met and all terms of said
contract are hereby removed from the title of all Hunter Farms lots, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
file a copy of this resolution among the land records of Hennepin County pertaining
to the following properties:
Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 1
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18,
19, 20, 21, Block 2
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, Block 3
all in Hunter Farms.
