RESOLUTION NO. 98-52
A RESOLUTION OF THE TRUCKEE TOWN COUNCIL REQUESTING THE
NEVADA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION ALLOCATE
ADDITIONAL LTF FUNDS FOR OPERATION
OF THE TRUCKEE TRANSIT SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Local Transportation Funds are available from the Nevada County
Transportation Commission from our Local Transportation Fund (Fund #485); and
WHEREAS, there remains a balance in that Fund of $204,000; and
WHEREAS, the need meets the requirements of the Regional Transportation Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TRUCKEE TOWN COUNCIL
requests the following:
Allocate $32,329 to the Town of Truckee Transit Operations Budget for the
1997-98 Fiscal Year.
Allocate $10,000 to the Town of Truckee Transit Budget for the Donner Summit
Commuter Project.
The foregoin,gaResolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Truckee Town
Council, held on the 3 day of December, 1998, by Couneilmember McCormack, who moved its
adoption, and which motion was duly seconded by Councilmember Drake, was upon roll call
carried and the Resolution adopted by the following vote:
