RE: 1 -year extension of Professional Services Agreement for Chamber of
Commerce business services provided by Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce (the
"Consultant") and the Village of Key Biscayne (the "Village")
Dear Ms. Chiocchetti:
Pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Professional Services Agreement (the "Agreement") between
the Village of Key Biscayne ("Village") and the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce
("Consultant") dated August 26, 2014, the Village hereby confirms its desire to extend the
term of the Agreement for one additional year by where this renewal term shall commence
retroactively on August 27, 2021.
