March 17 , 2017
Present : Claire Gradone , Judy Miller , Chris Miller , Roberta Murphy and Joan Carstanjen
Absent : Jim O' Leary , Denise Rego and Cindy Bingham , Selectmen liaison .
The meeting was called to order at 20, 30 pm at the Brewster Police Department conference
room .
Secretary' s Report - The minutes of the November 18 , 2016 and February 17 , 2017
meeting were reviewed . A motion by Joan Carstanjen to accept the November 18 minutes
2nd by Roberta Murphy . Motion was passed unanimously . A motion by Judy Miller to
accept the February 17 minutes 2nd Roberta Murphy . The motion was passes unanimously .
Director' s Report - Claire Gradone reported that she met with Mike Embury about Golf
Course project . The project will be partially completed for summer and the remaining
monies will be encumbered to finish the project when alterations to the Grille are
completed . Claire also brought up the idea of reducing the number of members required
for the committee . This will be taken up again at the next meeting .
Tri - Fold Booklet for Visitors Center Claire reported that the committee can be
reimbursed for paper cost and use a copier at Town Hall for this project . Design was
discussed and Joan Carstanjen will take home to work on with her husband .
Chris Miller Report Chris arrived late from a dolphin stranding but he confirmed the
accuracy of beach information for pamphlet .
