As required by the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, the Conservation Commission is informing the
public that this meeting will be video recorded . Anyone else intending to record is required to inform the
Chairman prior to the meeting .
Public Hearings
( Continued Hearing ) Richard Cleary , Cleary Construction Company, proposes to construct a single family
dwelling and associated appurtenances , within 100 feet of inland wetlands bordering Sheep's Pond . Property is
on 0 Gull 's Way , Assessors ' Map 63 , Parcel 23 (40154-1 ) .
