Attendance: Maureen Kane Bumiller, Tom Garabedian
McGovern Trust balance as of 4‐30‐2011: $ 1,597,148.26
McGovern Trust: Bills from Rownak Hussain for the Library totaling $ 1,674.89 for audiotapes,
annual web hosting fee, $ 300.00 for adult programs and for children, Pumpernickel. Tom
Garabedian made the motion to approve which Maureen K. Bumiller accepted.
Other Trusts: No new bills
HCAM pending.
No other old business
New business: Representative from Morgan Stanley will update Commissioners on investment
performance at the June 20, 2011 meeting.
Next meeting will be on June 20, 2011 at 6PM.
