HomeMy Public PortalAbout1986-075Member A-e-r'e.W. moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and CITY OF MEDINA A RESOLUTION NO. 4 6- 7 - RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL ,FO.R HOLLYBUSH HLLLS WHEREAS, Thomas Ogland and Phyllis M. Ogland (applicants) have requested approval for a subdivision pursuant.to th.e final plat attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the City Council has previously granted preliminary approval to the Applicant for a subdivision of this property; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Applicant's final plat for compliance with the ordinances of the City and with the conditions of preliminary plat approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicant for a subdivision to be known as Hollybush Hills, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicant shall enter into a private road agreement in a form acceptable to the city attorney and the road shall be constructed to City specifications; 2. The Applicant shall pay to the City a fee in the amount of $ for park dedication purposes; 3. The final plat shall show the easement to Mohawk Drive; 4. The final plat shall provide for drainage and shall show the location of the berms to the satisfaction of the City staff; 5. The final plat shall be subject to all conditions imposed by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District in its approval of the subdivision; 6. The final plat shall show dedication of all right-of-way required by City staff; 7. The Applicant shall submit to the city attorney evidence of a recorded satisfaction of that mortgage held by Clyde R. Libby and Kathryn J. Libby, husband and wife, and Kathrine M. Riser, widow, which mortgage is reflected as entry No. 59 in the Abstract of Title to said property; 8. The Applicant shall pay to the City the sum of $ to cover the planning, engineering, legal and administrative expenses incurred by the City in reviewing this subdivision and that the Applicant pay any additional costs incurred hereafter by the City for those purposes; and 9. This approval shall be null and void unless the Applicant files the final plat of Hollybush Hills with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of the Mayor's signature of the plat or receives an extension of such time from the City Council prior to the expiration of the 60 days.
