RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT
APPROVAL TO THE HENNEPIN COUNTY
PARK RESERVE DISTRICT FOR
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Park Reserve District (Appli-
cant) has requested final approval of a subdivision to be known
as , which is located on a parcel legally de-
scribed as:
That part of the southeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of
Section 20 lying west of the east 840 feet and lying
east and north of County Road 201, Hennepin County,
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously granted preliminary
approval to said plat; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Applicant's final
plat for compliance with the ordinances of the City and with the
conditions of preliminary plat approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted to the
Applicant for subdivision, subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
1. Access to the property shall be by means of a driveway in
the location indicated on the plat.
2. The Applicant shall pay to the City a fee of $
for park dedication purposes.
3. The Applicant shall pay to the City a fee of $ to
cover the planning, engineering, legal and administrative
costs incurred by the City in reviewing this subdivision.
4. This approval shall be null and void unless the Applicant
files the final plat with Hennepin County within 60 days of
the date of the Mayor's signature of the plat or receives an
extension of time from the City Council prior to the expira-
tion of the 60 days.
