CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2021-41
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF
PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NICK
ZUMBUSCH
WHEREAS, Nick Zumbusch was hired as a Public Works Maintenance Technician with the
City of Medina on March 22, 2021; and
WHEREAS, on June 28, 2021, Nick Zumbusch submitted a letter of resignation from his
position addressed to the Public Works Director, and
WHEREAS, Nick Zumbusch resignation from his position is effective July 9, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Nick Zumbusch's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cavanaugh
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Albers, Cavanaugh, DesLauriers, Martin, Reid
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
