1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes.
3. Public Comments.
4. Short Range Transit plan Approvals.
Short Range Transit Plans for Banning and Ranchp Mirage and details
on SunLine's service to North Palm Springs is presented for
Commission approval.
5. Allocation 2f TDA Funds to. Transit Operators.
The proposed allocation of $6,749,174 of TDA fOds to the County's
nine transit operators is presented for Commission approval.
6. EX 85/86 UMTA Section Q program 2€ projects.
A program of projects utilizing the $5,086,964in federal transit
funding available next year is presented for Commission approval.
7. EX 84/85 UMIA Section 4 program Qf projects Amendment.
SunLine is requesting approval of an additional $172,000 for its
Maintenance and Administration Facility in 1984/85.
8. Minimum Fare Revenue Ratios for RTA and SunLine.
Approval of minimum fare revenue to operating co$t ratios for RTA and
SunLine is requested. The ratios were calculated in accordance with
the methodology developed by the Commission.
9. Quarterly Transit Operations Report.
Ridership, operating costs and subsidy data for the third quarter of
FY 84/85 is presented for information.
10. Status 2f 1985 STIP.
The California Transportation Commission is scheduled to adopt the
1985 STIP on June 27th. CTC staff is recommend4ng approval of the
$15.5 million for I-215 as proposed by the Commission.
11. State Transportation Financing Legislation.
A status report on State legislation to provide additional funding
for transportation is presented.
12. Briefing 211 Project Planning for I-215.
Caltrans staff will brief the Commission on the status of plans for
I-215 between Nuevo Road and Van Buren Boulevard.
13. Amendment ta FAU System And Program.
The City of Perris has requested the deletion of one project and the
addition of two projects to the FAU Program. An addition to the FAU
System in Perris is also necessary.
14. Fiscal Audits far. EX. 84/85.
A recommendation on retaining an auditing firm to perform fiscal
audits of the LTF, STA and Commission accounts is presented.
15. Quarterly Financial Report.
A financial report prepared by the County Auditor -Controller's Office
for the third quarter of FY 84/85 is presented.
