Member Heideman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 86-83
RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT
AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON THE EXTENSION
OF THE T.H. 55 TRUNK WATER LINE AND TEE PROPOS'ID WATER TOWER
WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. with reference to the extension of the T.H. 55 Water Line
to properties occupied by Loram Inc., QX Inc. and the proposed Medina water
tower site and water tower, and this report was received by the City Cowell
on October 7, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minn-
esota, as follows:
1. The City Council will consider the extension of the trunk water line to the
said properties in accordance with the feasibility report and the assessment
of said properties for all or a portion of the cost of such extension,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, at an estimated total cost
of $220,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed extension on the 5th day of
November, 1986 in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 8:15 P.M. and the
City Clerk -Treasurer shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing
and extension as required by law.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Scherer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Anderson, Scherer, Heideman, Mitchell, Reiser
and the following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
