CALL TO ORDER. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS. 4. CTC ACTION QN 1985 STIP. The 1985 STIP was adopted by the California Transportation Commission on June 27th. A report on how RCTC's project proposals fared is presented. 5. PROPOSED INTERCHANGE AT YUMA STREET AND I-15. A staff recommendation to trade funds programmed for I-215 and Ethanac Road in order to fund an interchange at Yuma Street and I-15 is presented. 6. A. ALLOCATION QF. TDA FUNDS FOR STREETS AND ROADS - WESTERN COUNTY AREA. B. AId4SILLQE 48 'LTA 8111I4$ F_411 5218E5.15_ UM 846_124 - COACHELLA VALLEY AREA. C. ALLOCATION la TDA, FUNDS FOR STREETS ANp ROADS - PALO VERDE VALLEY AREA. Staff recommendations are presented on the allocation of TDA funds for streets and roads is presented. 7. TRANSIT FAREBOX REVENUE RATIO STUDY. A consultant is reviewing the need to amend State require- ments for minimum farebox revenue to operating cost ratios. A Commission position on the requirements is requested. 8. S$ 821 BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN PROGRAM. Authorization to solicit project proposals for SB 821 funds is requested. 9. PERFORMANCE AUDITS QE TRANSIT OPERATORS. Authorization to distribute a request for proposal for performance audits of county transit operators is requested. The audits are required by State law. 1 10. PEFFORMANCE AUDIT QE THE COMMISSION. Authorization to distribute a request for proposal for a performance audit of the Commission is requested. The audit is required by State law. 11. ADJOURNMENT. The next RCTC meeting will be held at 1:30 P.M., on Thursday, August 15, 1985. 2
