AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE BIDS FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO HAGAMAN AND SYCAMORE STREETS
WHEREAS, there is a need for improvements to Hagaman and Sycamore Streets
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for improvements to Hagaman and Sycamore Streets.
Adopted this 6th day of April 2000 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
April 7th 2000.
