Request for Proposals
Digital Services Coordination and Management of
Video Services and Governmental Cable TV Station
Pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c. 30B, The Town of Brewster, acting through its Chief
Procurement Officer seeks proposals from Digital and Video Service Professionals to serve
as Manager of the Town’s video and digital services in relation to the production of video
and digital content for broadcast on the Town Government Cable TV Station, Channel 18.
Detailed information packets may be received by calling 508-896-3701, ext. 1130, via email
to dkalinick@brewster-ma.gov or may be picked up at the Brewster Town Administrator’s
Office at 2198 Main St., Brewster. Submissions of technical and price proposals (in
separate and clearly-marked envelopes) should be sent to Donna J. Kalinick at 2198 Main
Street, Brewster, MA 02631. Deadline for all submissions is 3:00 pm on December 28,
2017. Proposals will be opened publicly at that time and place, and evaluation of the
qualifications and the price proposals will be completed separately. Evaluation shall be
based on proposer’s ability to meet the Town’s specifications for quality of service, as well
as, best price. The Town reserves the right to reject any proposals that do not meet the
minimum criteria and/or are deemed not to be in the best interest of the Town.
