RESOLUTION NO. �7 - Y
RESOLUTION GRANTING A
LOT COMBINATION/DIVISION
TO S. J. GROVES & SONS COMPANY
WHEREAS, S. J. Groves & Sons Company (Applicant) is the
owner of Lot 2, Meadowwoods Farms and Lots 14 and 15, Tally Ho
Farms, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant proposes to combine the three exist-
ing lots and redivide them into two parcels, which shall be
called Parcel A and Parcel B, according to the survey and legal
descriptions attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that the Applicant's request for a lot
combination/division is granted subject to the following
conditions:
1. The combination/division be accomplished in a manner
which is consistent with the attached survey and legal descrip-
tions;
2. Access to both resulting parcels shall be from Buckskin
Drive; and
3. The owner of Parcel B shall submit information regard-
ing the location of the existing barn of the property and shall
request a variance for said structure, if necessary.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly

thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

East line, from the Northeast corner of said Lot 14, to a point on the Wester-
ly line of said Lot 1, distant 310.00 feet Southerly, as measured along said
Westerly line, from the Northwest corner of said Lot 1.
B. South Parcel
Lot 15, Block 1, Tally Ho Farms;ALSO that part of Lot 14, Block 1, Tally Ho
Farms and that part of Lot 1, Block 2, Meadowwoods Farm, which lie Southerly
of a line drawn from a point on the East line of said Lot 14, distant 360.00
