Extruded aluminum cladding was secured on the exterior by the karts into the wood. Sash Construction: The structural sash members were pine with slat-arid-tee on corner joinery.The upper sash meeting rail corners were secured with two b mm (1/4")by 22 mm (718") staples per corner; the upper rail was secured with two 6 mrrc (1/4") by 25 mm (I") staples. The lower sash meeting rail corners were secured with one 6 mm (1/4") by 22 mm (7/8")staple and the bottom rail comers were secured with three 6 torn(1/4")by 25 mm(1") staples per corner. The cladding was secured to the wood with a vinyl extrusion on the interior and a snap fit of clad to wood around the cuter perimeter of the sash.
