RESOLUTION NO. v � -- 9?
RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY
APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION
FOR GLADYS SCHLOSSER
WHEREAS, Gladys Schlosser (Applicant) has requested approval
of a plan to divide an eight acre parcel (Parcel A) from her 35
acre tract (Parcel B) according to the survey attached hereto as
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and City Council have
reviewed the preliminary subdivision submitted by the Applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is granted to
the Applicant's subdivision, subject to the following conditions:
1. No park dedication fee shall be required because there is an
existing house on Parcel A;
2. The grainery building shall be moved into the City of
Loretto or shall be relocated on Parcel A so that it
complies with all setback requirements;
3. The revised site plan for Parcel A shall be submitted to
city staff for review and approval;
4. An easement shall be granted for the benefit of Parcel A
allowing continued use of the well now serving the house on
Parcel A but located in Loretto, which easement shall run
for the period of time the well is used in connection with
the house;
5. The septic system shall be inspected and documentation shall
be presented to the city staff indicating that it is func-
tioning properly and meets code requirements;
6. The current easement for roadway purposes along the lot line
shall be extended along the entire southern property line of
Parcel A to provide future access to Parcel B;
7. The Applicant shall pay to the City for administrative
expenses the amount determined by the city staff to repre-
sent the actual cost to the City to review the subdivision;

8. The Applicant shall submit a current abstract of title or
registered property abstract covering all land within the
subdivision for review by the city attorney; and
9. The Applicant shall submit the final subdivision approval to
the City within 180 days of the date of the adoption of this
resolution, which final subdivision shall in all material
respects conform to the preliminary subdivision, except that
it shall incorporate all changes and modifications required
by this�dresolution.
