RESOLUTION NO. a 6 - �I
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR EXTENSION OF
TRUNK WATER LINE TO LORAM, INC.
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted October 7,
1986, fixed a date for the council hearing on the proposed
extension of the T. H. 55 trunk water line to Loram, Inc. and
WHEREAS, ten (10) days published notice of the hearing
through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice was
given and the hearing thereon was held on November 5, 1986, at
which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The extension of the trunk water line to Loram, Inc. is
hereby ordered.
2. It is the judgment of the city council that the improvement
has no relationship to the city's comprehensive plan.
3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby
designated as city engineer for the improvement and shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of same.
