On December 20, 2017, at 4 : 30 p .m . , the Assembly of Delegates will hold a public hearing on
Proposed County Ordinance 1715 : to replace Section 4. 8 of the Administrative Code of
Barnstable County as created and amended previously through ordinances 04- 17, 98 -23 , 9849,
98 32 984 3 , 92-5 and any other ordinances pertaining to the previously named Cape Cod
Economic Development Council.
The public hearing will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of Delegates, First
District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable; MA.
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so . Written comments may also
be submitted at the hearing, faxed to the Assembly office (508) 3626530, e-mailed to the office
(aofd a@barnstablecounty. org), or delivered or mailed for receipt by Noon on or before the date of
the hearing to the office of the Assembly of Delegates, First District Courthouse, Route 6A,
Barnstable, MA 02630 .
The full text of Proposed Ordinance 17715 has been distributed to the Town Cleric of each
town in Barnstable County and is also available from the office of the Assembly of Delegates,
First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA. , and on line at
