The Agenda Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret preceding the Regular Meeting May 24, 2007 was held on
May 10,2007,5:00 P.M., in the Memorial Municipal Building, 61
Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey.

Public Hearing
Upon MMS&C by Councilmembers Diaz and Naples and
unanimous affirmative vote of the three (3) Councilmembers
present, the Minutes of April 12 and 26, 2007, were approved,
transcribed and engrossed by the Clerk.

ORDINANCE #07-12 was introduced and adopted on First
Reading and the Clerk authorized and directed to advertise same
for Public Hearing to be held on May 24, 2007, upon MMS&C by
Councilmembers Diaz and Naples. Upon individual roll call vote
Councilmembers Bellino, Diaz and Naples voted in the
Affirmative. Councilmembers Krum, Rios and Sitarz were noted
Absent.

Public Hearing:
The Clerk stated that Ordinance #07 -11 was introduced and passed
upon First Reading at an Agenda Meeting of the Borongh Council
of the Borongh of Carteret held on April 26, 2007. It was duly
published in The Home News Tribune on May 1, 2007 with notice
that it will be considered for final passage after Public Hearing to
be held on May 10, 2007 at approximately 6:00 P.M. The

Ordinance was posted on the Bulletin Board and copies were made
available to the general public and according to law, she read the
Ordinance by title.

unanimous affirmative vote of the three (3) Councilmembers
present, the Mayor declared the Public Hearing to be open.

by Councilmembers Diaz and Naples and unanimons affirmative

Mayor Reiman appointed Joseph W. Sitarz as his Liaison. Frank
Bird was appointed to fill one (1) vacancy. The appointment of
Kevin Urban was held.
