RESOLUTION NO. & - /Da
RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY
APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION
FOR DOUGLAS KNUDSON
WHEREAS, Douglas Knudson (Applicant) has requested approval
of a plan to subdivide a parcel of approximately 13.44 acres into
two lots according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A;
and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have
reviewed the preliminary plat submitted by the Applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is granted to
the Applicant for his subdivision, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Outlot A shall be used for driveway purposes;
2. The Applicant shall enter into a private road agreement
in a form satisfactory to the city attorney;
3. The Applicant shall pay to the city a park dedication
fee for Lot 2;
4. The existing shed shall be moved to a location on
either lot which meets all applicable setback require-
ments no later than June 1, 1987;
5. The Applicant shall construct the road to city specifi-
cations;
6. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative
expenses the amount determined by the city staff to
represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the
subdivision;
7. The Applicant shall submit a current abstract of title
or registered property abstract covering all land
within the subdivision for review by the city attorney;
and
8. The Applicant shall submit the final plat to the city
for approval within 180 days of the date of the adop-
tion of thisresolution, which final plat shall in all
material respects conform to the preliminary plat,
except that it shall incorporate all changes and
modifications required by this resolution.
