HomeMy Public PortalAbout1986-103Member e_ moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and CITY OF MEDINAq/ RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION GRANTING LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT WHEREAS, Leonard L. Schlosser, Jr. and Bernice Ann Schlosser (Applicants) recently subdivided a parcel of land now legally described as LOt I, Block I; Lot 1 Blotk-'2 and Mit1ot A, maple Trail Addition, and WHEREAS, the Applicant wishes to divide a small portion of adjacent property for the purpose of allowing it to be combined with Lot 1, Block 2, Maple Trail Additions, which parcel is legally described as that part of the north half of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 118, Range 23, which lies south of the north line of Lot 1, Block 2, Maple Trail Addition extended westerly and east of a line distant 75.00 feet westerly of, measured at right angles to, and parallel with the west line of said Lot 1, all in Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the proposed lot line rearrangement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina that approval is granted to the Applicant for the proposed lot line rearrangement, subject to the following conditions: 1. Outlot A, Maple Trail Addition, shall be extended to the northern boundary of the property subject to this resolution. 2. The parcel created by this resolution shall be combined with Lot 1, Block 2, Maple Trail Addition; and 3. The Applicant shall pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the lot line rearrangement.
