Call to Order. 2. Public Comments. 3. Consent Calendar. (All matters on the consent calendar will be approved in a single motion unless a Commission member requests a separate action on a specific item.) A. Approval of Minutes. B. Progress Report on Meeting Transit Needs. C. Fiscal Audits. D. Minimum Fare Revenue Ratios for RTA and SunLine. E. Quarterly Transit Operations Report. F. Quarterly Financial Report. G. Trade of UMTA Section 9 Funds. H. Public Employees Retirement System - Survivors Benefits. 4. Allocation 4f TEA Funds, to Transit Operators. A total of $7,821,364 of TDA funds are proposed to be allocated to the County's 9 transit operators. 5. Assignmant of Transit ServirP Costs. Staff is recommending revisions to the formulas used to assign transit service costs. 6. Riverside'a Request fst Funds, for Amtrak Station Improvements. Staff is recommending programming $10,000 in State Transit Assistance funds to improve the Santa Fe Station platform in Riverside. 7. Funding. Request from Commuter Computer. Staff is recommending allocating $93,000 of FAU funds to Commuter Computer for their rideshare program. 8. State Highway Project Priorities.- Caltrans has asked the Commission to indicate its top priority State highway improvement projects. 9. Report Qn Park and Ride Program. Caltrans has been invited to make a presentation to the Commission on their park and ride program. 10. Executive Director's Report. A. B. C. D. E. Status of Coachella Valley Transportation Study. Update on Freeway Emergency Call Box System. Status of Trade of Federal Aid Urban Funds. Status of 1986 State Transportation Improvement Program. County's Rideshare Week Project. 11. Adjournment. The next meeting will be held on July 17, 1986. 2 RIVERSIDE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION A meeting with the Riverside City Council Transportation Committee is scheduled for 12:00 P.M. preceding the Commission's regular meeting. The meeting will be held in the Mayor's Office at Riverside City Ha11. Lunch will be served.
