Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Public Comments. 4. Unmet Transit Needs. A summary of comments received and staff's analysis will be presented. Staff recommends that the Commission find that there are no unmet transit needs that can be reasonably met. 5. TLAdP surplus UMTA Eection 2 Funds. Staff is recommending that $2 million of federal transit capital funds be traded to the Los Angeles County Transportation Commis- sion. 6. Trade of Federal Aid Urban Funds. Staff is exploring the possibility of an FAU fund trade with the County and cities. 7. Etatus of Emergency Call Rog Proposal. Staff recommends that legislation be sought that allows the Commission to be named as the Service Authority for Freeway Emergencies. 8. Legislation. A summary of significant bills before the State Legislature will be presented together with recommended positions on these bills. 9. Release of TDA Funds Reserved for Transit. Staff believes that the contingency reserve established in the event of a federal cutback is no longer needed and may be re- leased to the County and cities for street construction. 10. EX 1986/87 Commission Budget. Staff is recommending that the Commission hold a public hearing on the 1986/87 budget on May 15, 1986. 11. Executive Director's_ Bloprt. 12. Adjournment.
