Call to Order. 2. Public Comments. 3. Consent Calendar. (All matters on the consent calendar will be approved in a single motion unless a Commission member requests a separate action on a specific item.) A. B. C. D. E. F. Approval of Minutes. CTC Action on 1986 STIP. Progress Report on Meeting Transit Needs. SB 821 Bicycle and Pedestrian Program. UMTA 16(b)2 Project Approvals. Deferred Compensation Program for Commission Employees. 4. Caltrans Transportation System Management program. Bill Edmonds, District 8 Director, will describe Caltrans' comprehensive program to deal with increasing traffic on the State highway system. 5. Riverside County's "Rideshare Week". Information is presented on the County's upcoming project to reduce employee parking by two-thirds during its proposed "Rideshare Week". 6. Route ]1 Draft FnvironmentAl Impact Statement. A summary of the Route 71 draft EIS is presented with staff's recommended comments. 7. Route a Lobbyist Contract. Staff is recommending resumption of payments to the Commission's Route 86 lobbyist for up to 6 months. 8. SCAG's Aviation Work Program Committee. Murray Bywater, the Commission's representative on SCAG's AWPC, will brief the Commission on the AWPC's current activities. In addition, the Commission needs to appoint an alternate to the AWPC. 9. Transit Operator Performance Audit Cost Overrun. Staff is recommending that an additional $1,972.84 be paid to JHK and Associates for the transit operator performance audits. 10. Executive Director's Report A. B. C. D. Status of State Transit Assistance Program. Update on Emergency Call Box System Project. Memorandum of Understanding with SCAG. Authorization for Commission employees to go on a 9/80 work plan. 11. Adjournment. The next scheduled Commission meeting is Thursday, August 21, 1986. 2 RIVERSIDE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION A meeting with members of the Corona City Council is scheduled for 11:30 A.M. preceding the Commission's regular meeting. The meeting will be held at Reuben's, 103 North Lincoln Avenue, in Corona. Lunch will be provided to members/alternate members of Corona City Council and the Commission.
