RESOLUTION NO. g6 / U G
RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR EXTENSION OF
TRUNK WATER LINE ON WILLOW DRIVE
TO WATER TOWER AND OF WATER TOWER
WHEREAS, by resolution no. R _p3dated Cetioj 7,19m, the City Council
fixed a date for a public hearing on the proposed extension of the trunk water
line on Willow Drive from T.H. 55 to the water tower site and on the construc-
tion of the water tower; and
WHEREAS, following due notice, the public hearing on the extension of the
water line to the water tower site and on construction of the water tower was
held on AV�?1,1em L.(..6; /9a4, at which time all persons desiring to be heard
thereon were given an opportunity; and
WHEREAS, after the closing of said public hearing the City Council
ordered said improvement but did not authorize preparation of plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota that Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby
designed as city engineer for the improvement and shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of same.
